Once you sign a billing agreement with AUM, a series of events is set in motion that will help your
property to launch its program successfully. Your Account Manager will contact the property to conduct
an initial orientation. A professional trainer will visit the property staff to provide a more hands-on
educational session, and will be available afterward for additional phone consultation.
Implementation professionals from AUM will work with you and your property staff to ensure that the
property is set up properly in our billing system, and that the property’s first bills mail on time
and error-free.
